Vitamins and Supplements

Because of the lack of collagen, connective tissue problems or what have you, those with EDS have an extreme deficiency in a great many vitamins: Vitamin C, D, Magnesium, Calcium, Omega 3, Zinc, B group vitamins, Serotonin, Iron,  and K. Supplements also help us to deal well with our ailments, but a multivitamin may have too much of something we don’t need and too little of things we DO need. I hope to provide a list of things that work for me and hopefully, it will help you. In all instances, check with your doctor who understands EDS before making any changes.
