God created an amazing world for us to live in!

Day 1) He created light and separated it from the darkness. (Genesis 1:1-5)

Day 2) He created an atmosphere for protection, heat, air, and the ability to rain. (Genesis 1:6-8)

Day 3) He created plants to clean the air and give everything food, as well as some amazing gems. (Genesis 1:9-13)

Day 4) He created the vast galaxies, our own personal sun and moon to help us tell time. (Genesis 1:14-19)

Day5) He created the birds and the fishes. (Genesis 1:20-23)

Day6) He created all the land animals and… man in His own image. (Genesis 1:24-31) He set them together in a Garden of Eden that they would have to take care of. (Genesis 2:8-9)

Adam and Eve chose to eat of the fruit of the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil and had to leave the Garden. (Genesis 2:15-17, Genesis 3:6) They could no longer live forever, they were told that they could not eat of the tree of Everlasting Life and that it would be guarded to make sure. (Genesis 3:22-24) This brought decay of the earth as well as bodies. (Genesis 2:17, Romans 8:20-23) Genetics continue to mutate and lose information causing all kinds of problems.

The good news is that this is NOT a lost cause. (Romans 8:24-25, 28) God sent Jesus to conquer death and sin, pain and suffering. (2 Corinthians 4:14) This life is not very long, (James 4:14) He loves us, and has a plan for us despite how it feels. He has a calling and mission for each one of us; we just need to look to Him for guidance. (Psalm 139:14-16)

I am a Homeschool Mom of 4 children; 3 of which have Classical Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome like myself. I love learning and have been searching for natural ways to heal my family from everyday living as well as the symptoms of EDS through exercise, nutrition, herbs, and essential oils, and more. I do not believe in succumbing to hopelessness “because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ,” (Ephesians 2:5) but I believe that when we ask and seek Him for answers, God “gives to all men liberally” (James 1:5) I am eager to spread that hope to others in need until the day Jesus, in His Perfect Glory, returns.

“We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies.” ~Romans 8:22-23
